Hour 1: Why Democrats need to stop taking the high road when it comes to controversy. “Pro-life” Georgia Senate candidate Hershel Walker paid for an abortion of an ex-girlfriend. Then Walker’s son, Christian details how Hershel Walker physically threatened him and his family multiple times. Ron Johnson acknowledges texting with Trump attorneys during the 1/6 insurrection. Johnson also falsely claimed the Jan. 6 insurrection was not an armed insurrection.

Hour 2: Baseball news. Minnesotans begin receiving hero pay. Brett Johnson is joined by editor-in-chief of the Minnesota Reformer Patrick Coolican. They talk about the Reformer’s article on sexual abuse allegations at a construction site in Eagan owned by the Minnesota Vikings as well as Scott Jensen falling for internet hoaxes and the GOP threatening to sue DFL chair Ken Martin. Then Matt explains why GOP Attorney General candidate Jim Schultz performed an unforced error on the abortion issue.
