Queer culinary worlds with Chef June De
Two time James Beard nominee Chef June De joins us to discuss queering the culinary kitchen. De created the menu for and currently runs the Queermunity Cafe in Minneapolis. They were the Executive Chef at Portland’s Mama Dút, a vegan, Vietnamese pop-up-turned-cafe. Last year they launched Bella Chow, a pop-up that emphasizes Italian classics, with Asian culinary flair, and affordability.
