Dr. Mary Newstrom is an internationally known Shamanic Teacher, founder of Zenith High LLC, and creator of Spirit Flow~ shamanic study programs for women. She has studied with unparalleled shamanic teachers in the United States for over thirty years. Mary works with the Shipibo Shamans living in the Amazon basin of Peru, gaining the expert experiences that shape her into the shamanic leader she is today.

Mary works closely with her Spirit Guides and Power Animals to deliver powerful shamanic experiences. Specializing in shamanic teachings, healings, cacao ceremonies, dimensional journeys, and mystical retreats that show practical ways to transform and heal our lives and the planet. Through her experiences and training as a Master Naturalist, she has deepened her knowledge of plants and the natural world, as well as our spiritual connection to them. She holds a doctoral degree in psychology and is certified in health and wellness consultation.
