The basics of cooking and selecting a great, sustainable bird for all your holiday cooking including buying fresh not frozen, free range and treated with NO antibiotics along with some cooking tips such as bringing the white meat to 165 degrees and letting the bird rest before slicing. Ferndale is located in Cannon Falls, MINNESOTA and also has a great market filled with local food products from local farms.
