Remember in 2011 when state Senators in Wisconsin fled the state to try stopping Scott Walker’s anti-union bill? Well Oregon Republicans just used the same tactic to stop a cap and trade bill…and this time it worked. The door is now open fro Republicans to do this elsewhere, including MN.
